1. Apple Standard EULA

Pull-Up Tracker is licensed to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. By downloading or using the app, you agree to those terms.

2. In-App Purchases

Pull-Up Tracker offers an optional one-time Pro upgrade. There are no subscriptions or recurring fees. All billing, pricing, taxes, and currency conversion are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store.

3. Refunds & Billing

Apple processes all transactions and handles refund requests. If you would like to request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. Refund eligibility is determined by Apple and applicable local law.

4. Restore Purchases

If you have previously purchased Pro, you can restore it on any device signed in to the same Apple Account. Open the app, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases.

5. Disclaimer

Pull-Up Tracker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The app is a fitness tracking tool and does not provide medical or health advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
