Terms of Service

Pull-Up Tracker ("the App") is developed by Lauri Oherd and is available for iPhone and iPad (the iOS app) and for Android devices (the Android app). These terms cover both apps. By downloading or using the App, you agree to them.

1. License

The iOS app is licensed to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. The Android app is distributed through Google Play under the Google Play Terms of Service. In both cases you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on devices you own or control.

2. In-App Purchases

Pull-Up Tracker offers an optional one-time Pro upgrade. There are no subscriptions or recurring fees. All billing, pricing, taxes, and currency conversion are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store (iOS) or by Google through Google Play (Android).

3. Refunds & Billing

Apple and Google process all transactions and handle refund requests. To request a refund for an iOS purchase, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. For an Android purchase, request a refund from Google Play. Refund eligibility is determined by Apple or Google and applicable local law.

4. Restore Purchases

If you have previously purchased Pro, you can restore it on any device signed in to the same Apple Account (iOS) or Google account (Android). Open the app, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases.

5. Disclaimer

Pull-Up Tracker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The App is a fitness tracking tool and does not provide medical or health advice. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program, and stop exercising if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort. You use the App and perform any exercise at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
